The purity of nitrogen generated by nitrogen generator can range from 95% to 99.99%. If higher purity is required, a non-hydrogen or
hydrogen-using purifying system can be equipped.This system is installed after the Nitrogen Generator and further removes oxygen and other by-products.As a result, a final purity of 99.9995% or above is achieved.
